No, vaccinations are not required but are encouraged.

Employees may also receive the vaccine directly from many local pharmacies and many primary medical providers. Check with your local pharmacy and/or medical provider to see if this option is available. 

No, the Vaccination Leave policy supports up to two (2) hours of release time (per shot) for employees to get vaccinations. If an employee has a negative reaction due to vaccination and needs to take time off, up to two days of leave may be taken through the Vaccine Leave policy 7.4. Yes. Any student or employee must report potential exposure to COVID-19 through the COVID-19 reporting forms regardless if they have been fully vaccinated. 

No, an individual employee may not ask another employee if they have received a COVID-19 vaccine. An employee may volunteer the information, but they may not be asked. Risk Management or Human Resources may ask an individual employee for health and safety reasons. 

No, an employee may not ask another employee if they are vaccinated.  If the question is asked the employee is not required to answer. The only time an employee may ask another employee if they are vaccinated is if they are representing Risk Management or Human Resources and asking from an organizational health and safety standpoint.
